Refund policy

At Ashibo Lifestyle, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, email us at customercare@ashibolifestyle.in, and we'll do everything we can to make it right.

For most products:

• We offer a 14-day trial (excluding personalized products).
• Test your purchase on your next trip to ensure it's perfect for you. If it's not, return it for a full refund or exchange it for another Ashibo Lifestyle product.
• The 14-day trial, returns, or exchanges do not apply to personalized/engraved products as they are made to order.

Please note:

• Returns are only accepted if the item is in its original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale.
• The 14-day trial offer does not apply to purchases made at our physical retail store.

Refund Process:

• Refunds will be processed within 12 to 15 working days, depending on the payment method and bank policies.
• If it takes longer than this timeframe, please email us at customercare@ashibolifestyle.com, and we'll resolve it as quickly as possible.
• Returns must include the original packaging and the invoice you received with your order.

Please note that Gift Cards cannot be returned once purchased.
